We’re a full-service design and build studio based in Geelong, creating beautifully considered renovations across the region. With over 15 years of experience, we specialise in bespoke bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and whole-home transformations crafted with care, detail, and intention.
From the first ideas to the final handover, we manage every part of your project in-house. Our design process includes fully detailed plans and 3D visuals, so you’ll feel confident prior to construction. As registered and insured builders, we’re committed to quality at every stage and to making the process feel calm, clear, and rewarding.
Your renovation team includes a dedicated Project Manager, Interior Designer, Site Supervisor, and Carpenter, supported by trusted, qualified trades. Together, we bring warmth, precision, and a personal touch to every space, creating homes that feel both elevated and effortless.

Whats the first step to get BKL onto our project?
The first step is a quick discovery call where we learn about your project, goals, and budget, and then guide you through the next steps including a site visit, preliminary estimate, and moving into the design phase.
What services do you offer?
We offer a service for bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, including design, construction, and installation. We handle everything from small renovations to complete home renovations.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes, following an initial discovery call we provide a preliminary estimate based on your brief to guide budgeting early, with detailed fixed pricing developed once the design, scope, and selections are finalised.
Can you work with our preferred contractor or tradesperson?
We generally don’t work with external contractors or trades, as we manage the full design and build process with our trusted team to ensure quality, accountability, scheduling, and compliance, but we’re happy to consider their input or products during the design phase.
Can we do some of the work ourselves?
We generally don’t allow client-completed works during the project, as we manage the full build to maintain quality, safety, compliance, and warranty, however we’re happy to discuss small items outside the contract scope before or after construction.
Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?
Yes, we do. Our showroom is available to visit by appointment where you'll be able to view samples, finishes, and design options in person with our team on hand to guide you through
